| ENINVEST is experienced in working-out the documentation specific for the projects qualified as JI projects to be developed under the Kyoto Protocol. The company is rendering assistance to the beneficiaries in carrying-out such documentation from the initial stage – Project Idea Note (PIN), continuing with working-out of the Project Design Document (PDD), which comprises the Baseline, the assessment of the Emission Reduction Units (ERU) of greenhouse gases, the environment impact assessment and the Monitoring Plan. Through its own expertise, ENINVEST can assist the beneficiary of a JI project in negotiating the contract for selling the ERUs resulted from the project called Emission Reduction Purchase Agreement (ERPA). Also, ENINVEST can assist in identifying the potential investors in such JI projects, within the legal framework of the bilateral agreements – Memorandum of Understanding - signed by the Romanian Government with other countries, due to its own database of JI projects launched on international market.
