General contractor for realizing complex objectives

In case of "turn-key" projects, we can act as a general contractor, being responsible for the management of all the activities carried out in order to complete the respective projects. This means to cover more phases, starting from obtaining the financing (if necessary), going through design, construction-mounting, commissioning and, very important, assisting the beneficiary along the whole warranty period. In some cases it may be considered, as an option, building-up of a Consortium of companies, including the designing company and the erection company, each member of the consortium having its own share of responsibility. We are very experienced in working within this kind of projects and we can build up (in the power and environment protection field) a strong team of very experienced Romanian companies.

Rehabilitation of Bucharest South Thermal Power Plant, Units 3 & 4 / Bucharest, Romania

ENINVEST is acting as the leader of the Consortium together with an engineering company and a construction company for turn-key project for: - water treatment plant rehabilitation; - water treatment plant monitoring; - ammonia and hydrazine dosing automation. ENINVEST is responsible for commercial aspects of the contract, representation of the Consortium in performing the contract with the client, procurement of the equipment to be imported within the contract. The Client of this project is Fortum Engineering Ltd., Finland, which is carrying out the rehabilitation works for Termoelectrica together with Alstom Energy System, France and Itochu, Japan.
