After the study was completed, ENINVEST was involved in negotiation for the sale of the CO2 credits, providing commercial, economical, technical and legal services, including, but not limited to, participation in the completion of a pricing report, commercial and legal review of the Option Agreement and the Sales Agreement, an economical model and coordination with Colterm S.A. |
